Return Process

  • Please contact us first: Send an email to info@truestyle.uk with your order details and the reason for the return. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Follow the instructions: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  • Pack it well: Make sure the product is packed well to avoid damage during transportation.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Return Window

    You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items. To begin the return process, contact us at info@truestyle.uk. Please make sure the items are unused, unworn, and still in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns are not accepted if more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date.

  • Refunds

    After we receive your returned package, we’ll inspect it. Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. This process may take up to 7 days. We do not charge restocking fees.

  • Cancellation and Exchange

    Orders can be cancelled any time before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, customers may request a return or exchange by providing the order details to our support team. For exchanges, the original item must be returned first, and once it has been received, the replacement item will be shipped.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items

    In the event you receive damaged or incorrect items, we’re here to help! Take a photo of the issue and email it to us at info@truestyle.uk. We’ll make sure to resolve the problem and send you the correct item or a replacement.
