Return Process

    After we receive your returned item(s), we’ll inspect them. Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. This process may take up to 7 days.

  • Exchanging an Item

    If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our support team with your order details. You have 30 days to exchange any product.

    The exchange process includes:

    2. Qualification Requirements:

    • The item must be unused and unwashed.
    • It must be in its original packaging.
    • All tags must remain attached.

    3. Next Steps: After review, you will receive instructions for returning the product and shipping the replacement.

  • Cancellations

    To cancel an order, please contact us at info@truestyle.uk as soon as possible. We can typically cancel orders before processing begins. Once processing starts, cancellations aren't possible, and you'll need to follow our return procedure after delivery.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items

    We regret any instances where items arrive damaged or incorrect. Despite our careful packaging and quality checks, occasional errors may occur. If this happens, please email clear photos showing the problem, including any packaging issues, to info@truestyle.uk. We'll review your case and arrange for replacements or corrections promptly to ensure your satisfaction.
