How long does delivery take?
After processing, the estimated delivery times are:

Can I choose a delivery date or time?
Delivery dates or times cannot be selected. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details where available.
My delivery is delayed – what can I do?
In most cases, orders are delivered within the stated delivery timeframe. If there is a delay, please check the status via our “Track Your Order” page. If you have any further questions, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
Why did my order arrive in multiple parcels?
Items may be shipped separately. If part of your order is missing, it may arrive in a separate delivery.

Are there any duties or additional charges?
The total amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay to TrueStyle. No additional shipping charges apply where free shipping is stated.
Returns & Refunds
How can I return an item?
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy, where all steps are explained in detail.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order will be forwarded for processing and can no longer be cancelled. Please contact us by email as soon as possible regarding this matter.
Tracking
Where can I find my tracking details?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Alternatively, you can track your order via the “Track Your Order” page using your order number and email address.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking information may take some time to update after dispatch.
